ABOUT POPHQ
Built for the way modern teams actually come together.
PopHQ creates fully operated onsite week experiences for modern companies that want the energy, structure, and connection of a real HQ without operating one full time.
WHY WE EXIST
The best teams work remotely well and come together intentionally.
Modern work is more flexible than ever. Teams work across cities, time zones, and schedules while still needing moments of alignment, collaboration, and connection.
Some moments simply work better in person: planning sessions, relationship building, collaborative work, team rituals, shared meals, and the conversations that create momentum across a company.
PopHQ gives companies a temporary headquarters designed around those moments. We handle the space, setup, operations, people experience, catering, branding, and onsite details so teams can focus on being together.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
The energy from a great week together doesn't stay in the room. It follows your team home, into every call, every Slack thread, every decision.
Sahar is the former Head of Operations and People Experience at BetterHelp, where she planned and operated 20+ Work Onsite Weeks while supporting a rapidly scaling remote organization.
With more than 20 years of experience across operations, executive support, culture building, and people experience, she saw firsthand how difficult it was for remote teams to create meaningful in-person time together.
After seeing a gap for remote teams to come together well, PopHQ was built as a more thoughtful alternative to traditional offsites and hotel conference rooms.
Hotels are expensive and rarely designed for actual collaborative work onsite. Traditional offsites often focus heavily on packed agendas, retreats, or nature experiences instead of creating a comfortable environment where teams can genuinely work together for a week.
The idea behind PopHQ is simple: give companies the feeling of a real headquarters without asking them to operate one full time.
WHAT GUIDES US
People experience first.
The space should support the team, not distract from it. Every detail should make people feel considered.
Execution with intention.
Great onsite weeks require invisible execution. Internet, AV, rooms, meals, flow, and support should simply work.
Beautifully built spaces.
PopHQ should feel elevated, useful, and human. Beautiful enough to feel special. Practical enough to get real work done.
